DMCA Notice & Takedown Policy and Procedures
Although our website is not based in the United States, we respect the intellectual property rights of copyright holders and voluntarily comply with the Notice and Takedown provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”).
This website (“SITE”) qualifies as a “Service Provider” within the meaning of 17 U.S.C. § 512(k)(1) of the DMCA and is therefore entitled to the “safe harbor” protections provided therein.
Notice of Claimed Infringement

Abuse of DMCA Procedure
Misrepresenting facts or abusing the DMCA process may result in legal liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f). We reserve the right to investigate and take action against abusive notices.
Take Down Procedure
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, the SITE will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and notify the affected user. Repeat infringers may have their access terminated.
Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:
- Description of the material removed;
- Original location of the material before removal;
- A sworn statement of good faith belief that removal was a mistake;
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of a U.S. Federal District Court.
