Abuse of DMCA Procedure

Misrepresenting facts or abusing the DMCA process may result in legal liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f). We reserve the right to investigate and take action against abusive notices.

Take Down Procedure

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, the SITE will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and notify the affected user. Repeat infringers may have their access terminated.

Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

• Description of the material removed;
• Original location of the material before removal;
• A sworn statement of good faith belief that removal was a mistake;
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
• A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of a U.S. Federal District Court.
